Through fabric painting, Kristen blends the organic textures and natural colors of cloth to reflect the beauty, rhythm, and imperfections found in the natural world. Each piece embraces the subtle variations and unexpected details created through the dyeing process, making every work unique.

Environmental stewardship is central to the practice. Rainwater and water collected from a dehumidifier are used throughout the dyeing process, and no synthetic chemicals are introduced into the dyes. By working sustainably and in harmony with nature, Kristen creates textiles that honor both the earth and the artistry it inspires.
